SPORTS REHAB
Our sports rehabilitation services are designed to support athletes at every stage of their recovery and performance journey. We offer prehab programs for individuals preparing for surgery, helping to build strength, mobility, and confidence before their procedure. For those recovering post-operatively or dealing with acute or chronic injuries, our sports performance rehab focuses on restoring function, enhancing movement quality, and reducing re-injury risk. When traditional physical therapy isn't enough, our return to sport performance rehab bridges the gap with advanced, sport-specific programming tailored to your athletic goals. For those unable to attend in-person sessions, we also provide remote rehab services, ensuring expert care and guidance are always within reach—wherever you are.
Located inside the PGA Tour Performance Center at TPC Sawgrass, a state-of-the-art gym facility allows us to rehabilitate the highest level of athlete. Athletes will experience 1-on-1 treatments with a highly educated and experienced therapist. Our treatments are cash-based with a superbill to be provided to the athlete upon request.
Golf-Focused Rehabilitation
Our golf rehabilitation services are designed for golfers recovering from injury, surgery, or struggling with persistent pain. We combine orthopedic expertise, movement analysis, and golf-specific strength training to restore mobility, rebuild physical capacity, and address limitations affecting the golf swing.
Rehabilitation should prepare you to play—not simply help you feel better.
What to Expect
Every rehabilitation plan begins with a detailed assessment that may include:
Orthopedic and injury evaluation
Range-of-motion and strength testing
Movement and mobility profiling
Golf swing analysis
Force plate testing
Balance and rotational power assessment
These assessments identify restrictions, weaknesses, asymmetries, and movement compensations that may contribute to pain or limit performance.
Your Personalized Rehab Plan
Your program may include:
Pain and symptom management
Mobility and movement restoration
Core, hip, and shoulder stability
Golf-specific strength and rotational power
Swing-tolerance and return-to-play progressions
Re-injury prevention and long-term performance planning
As you progress, rehabilitation becomes increasingly specific to the demands of your swing, practice schedule, and competitive goals. We bridge the gap between traditional physical therapy and golf performance so you can return to the course confident, prepared, and ready to perform.
Recover with purpose. Rebuild your swing. Return ready.
